Having moved into our own home, we wanted to adopt a cat, so we went to Haworth Cat Rescue.

We looked at all the cats in the pens, but none really spoke to us both, then the owners said we got a new arrival, we are not sure if she will stay with our cats.  She was dumped by the canal, and the first 2 owners could not keep her so she has come here. They showed us this little waif that barely looked old enough to stand, and it took one look at us, scrambled into Joys arms and purred the loudest, most contented purr I had ever heard.  She had decided, we were to be her new family!

She cried in her pet carrier all the way home, she hated her carrier, every time she had to go somewhere it was a wrestling match to persuade her to go in it.
